REVOPRINT Premium Silicone DTF Ink
The REVOPRINT Premium Silicone DTF Ink is specially developed for high-quality Direct to Film (DTF) printing and optimized for the REVOPRINT DFX-PRO technology, enabling the creation of textile designs with selective special effects such as metallic foil, holographic foil, flock (suede), glitter and many more.
Unlike conventional DTF inks, this silicone-based formulation creates a protective color layer that prevents special effects from adhering to the printed color during the second heat-press process. This allows the effects to adhere only in the areas printed with the Cross Linker adhesive, ensuring precise and professional results.
This technology allows designers and brands to produce premium garments with metallic finishes, textures and unique visual effects, increasing the value of each printed design.

Application Process
1. Print the design on PET film using REVOPRINT Silicone DTF Ink
2. Apply Cross Linker adhesive in selected areas
3. Transfer the design using a heat press
4. Apply the desired special effect
